摘  要:海藻酸钙纤维作为一类重要的生物质纤维,其在实际应用过程中却存在难于染色的难题,阻碍了其成为一类重要的服用纺织纤维。本研究研发了用以聚乙烯胺为母体结构的多胺型染料染色海藻酸钙纤维。研究了该类型染料的染色条件对其在海藻酸钙纤维上的上染率、染色牢度和强力性能的影响,并对其染色机理进行了探讨。该染料染色过程不需要加入无机盐,有效地保护了纤维的微观形貌结构和强力性能,且染料的上染率可以达到75%,染色牢度优良。Although the alginate fiber is an important kind of bi-fibers, its application in the textile field is restricted by its poor dyeing properties. In this research, a polyamine dye with polyethylene amine as main group was proposed to dye this fiber. The effect of dyeing conditions on the dye adsorption, dyeing fastness and strength property were studied, and the dyeing profile was also discussed. During the dyeing process, this dye need no salt addition, which can protect the fiber structure very well, and the dye adsorption was 75%. The dyeing fastness was also very good.
