摘　　要：CECS 437:2016《工业化住宅建筑外窗系统技术规程》于2016年9月1日起实施。该标准提出了建筑标准化外窗系统的材料选择、加工制作、设计、安装维护、工程质量验收等方面的技术要求,具有创新、实用的工程应用价值,填补了我国工业化住宅建筑外窗系统技术的空白。本文重点阐述其中有关工业化住宅建筑外窗系统防水密封性的技术要求。CECS 437：2016 ＂Technical specification for external window system in industrialized residential building＂ came into eiteet on Sep.01, 2016. The standard puts forward technical requirements for standardized building external window system in terms of material selection, process and fabrication, design, installation and maintenance, acceptance of engineering quality etc. This has innovative and practical value for engineering application and fills the technological gap of external window system of industrialized residential building in our country. The article focuses on the technical requirements related to waterproofing and sealing of external window system of industrialized residential building.
