看守所内高学历人员羁押管理对策探讨——以上海市某区看守所为例

摘　　要：近年来,本科及以上学历人员犯罪率逐年上升,涉案人员越来越多,已经引起全社会的高度关注。以2014年至2016年期间,上海市某区看守所收押的本科及以上学历对象为具体样本,从数据占比、人员特征和涉嫌罪名分析这部分对象的羁押现状,探讨其犯罪主要类型和各种成因,从犯罪与羁押心理角度总结出更有效、更科学的管理对策,为公安监所工作提供建议。In recent years, the crime rate of bachelor degree or above is rising year by year, more and more people involved, has attracted the attention of the whole society. Taking the person who has bachelor degree or above which detained by District Detention House in shanghai, between 2014 and 2016 as the concrete sample. Analyzing these people of the current situation of detention, from data distribution, personnel characteristics and alleged crime, discussing the main types of crimes and their causes, summed up a more effective, more scientific management measures from psychology of crime and detention, in order to provide recommendations for the work of the public security bureau.
