摘　　要：为了解湖南岳阳地区圈养赤麻鸭携带禽流感病毒(AIV)和新城疫病毒(NDV)的情况,于2014年9月在湖南岳阳地区某养殖场采集赤麻鸭咽、肛拭子各100份,采用SPF鸡胚分离病毒,通过血凝试验筛选疑似阳性样品后再用RT-PCR进行鉴定。在100份被检样品中,除4份样品外,其余样品的血凝效结果均为阴性。RT-PCR检测结果显示,所有样品均为阴性。该研究结果为了解湖南岳阳地区圈养赤麻鸭AIV和NDV带毒情况及候鸟迁徙路线上禽流感和新城疫的监测提供了基础数据。To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of avian influenza virus（AIV） and Newcastle disease virus（NDV） in Yueyang reigon of hunan province,the samples were collected from domestic ruddy shelducks in a farm of Yueyang reigon of Hunan province, including 100 oropharyngeal and 100 cloacal swabs in September of 2014.The viruses were isolated by using SPF chicken embryos and then identified by hemagglutination and RT-PCR test.Among 100 samples,only 4 samples were positive screened by hemagglutination test.The results of RT-PCR showed all the 4 samples were negative of avian influenza virus and Newcastle disease virus.This research could provide basic data for the surveillance of avian influenza and Newcastle disease in the migratory routes and understanding the infection situations of AIV and NDV of domestic ruddy shelducks in Yueyang region of Hunan province.
