阴道B超监测卵泡评分预防卵巢过度刺激综合征的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨对PCOS患者进行促排卵过程中阴道B超监测卵泡评分预防OHSS发生的作用。方法 :将 12 8例行促排卵后IUI的PCOS患者分为评分组 (5 8例 )与普通组 (70例 ) ,对照促排卵效果、妊娠结果与OHSS发生情况。结果 :两组患者排卵率、妊娠率与轻、中度OHSS发生率无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,评分组注射HCG日 14mm以上卵泡个数显著低于普通组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,无 1例重度OHSS发生 ,普通组 3例 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :根据卵泡评分对PCOS患者的促排卵用药进行指导 。Objective:To study the effects on preventing OHSS using follicle grade during ovary superstimulation.Methods:Divided 128 PCOS cases under ovary superstimulation and IUI in two groups: grade group and common group, compared the results of follicle development,pregnancy and occur of OHSS.Results:There were no significant difference between the two groups in follicle break rate, pregnancy rate, occur rate of light and medium OHSS(P>0.05) .There were few follicles bigger than 14mm on hCG day in grade group and this group had no severe OHSS occur while 3 severe OHSS occurred in common group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using superstimulation drugs on the basis of follicle grade can decrease the occur rate of severe OHSS effectively.
