摘　　要：房地产认知实习是房地产实践教学的重要内容.房地产认知实习的目的有获得感性认识、增强专业兴趣和明确发展方向三个方面.房地产认知实习的原则有紧凑性原则、逻辑性原则、成本节约原则、效果原则、创新原则和安全性原则.房地产认知实习的内容设计一般应该按照房地产行业的不同环节进行设计,实习的形式有现场讲解、聆听报告、学生自主观察等,实习过程设计包括实习前、实习中和实习后三个阶段.最后,对嘉应学院2015年房地产专业认知实习进行了分析.The cognitive practice is an important part of the practice education of the Major of Real Estates Development and Management, which can make the freshmen gain the perceptual knowledge, strengthen the professional interest, and clear the development direction. The principles of the cognitive practice cover compactedness, logicality, cost saving, effect, innovation and safety. The content of the cognitive practice should be designed by reference to the different stages of the real estate industry. The form of the cognitive practice includes field teaching, listening to the report, students＇ self observation. The progress of the cognitive practice can be designed dividing into preparatory phase, implementation phase and end phase. The cognitive practice of the Major of Real Estates Development and Management of Jiaymg University in 2015 was analyzed in the end.
