摘  要:为缓减大学生就业难问题,三明学院致力于应用型人才培养教学改革。将成果导向教育理念应用在教学的课堂和校内外实践实训中。在课堂教学过程中,课前支持在线视频学习和问题交流;课堂以讨论式为主,探讨解决问题的思路;课后学生根据个人情况选择视频消化课堂内容或者更深入学习完成项目实践。在校内外实践实训中,培养学生实际项目开发和专业竞赛来促进学生专业核心能力目标的达成。整个教学过程采用多元评量方式,挖掘他们的优势智能,扩大兴趣点,增强自信心,并对学生达成评价结果进行监控,实施持续改进。In order to alleviate the problem of College Students' employment, Sanming University is committed tothe reform of applied talents training. The outcome based education - oriented idea is applied to the teaching andpractice and training inside and outside school. In the process of classroom teaching, the online video learning andproblem communication before class are supported. In class, discussion predominates about the way to solve theproblem. After class, students choose video content to digest class content or more in - depth study in order to com-plete the project practice according to personal details. In the practice and training inside and outside the school,training students' actual project development and professional competition promote the achievement of students'professional core ability. The whole teaching process adopts multiple assessment methods, developing their superiorintelligence, expanding interest, and enhancing self-confidence.
