摘　　要：《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》(以下简称"《纲要》")中提出要加大学校健康教育力度,人们也开始重新审视传统体育教学理念的弊端。通过解析《纲要》的重要内涵和理念,分析我国现阶段高职体育课程改革状况,在构建相关学科教学与教育活动相结合、课堂教学与课外实践相结合、经常性宣传与集中式宣传教育相结合的健康教育模式等方面,有针对性地提出改革的意见和建议。＂Outline of the Plan for Health China 2030＂ （hereinafter referred to as the ＂Outline＂） proposed to strengthen the school health education. People begin to reexamine the drawbacks of the traditional PE teaching ide- a. Through the analysis of the important connotation and the concept of the Outline, the paper analyzes the reform situation of higher vocational sports curriculum in China at present. And it puts forward opinions and suggestions on reform of building related discipline teaching and education activities, the combination of classroom teaching and extracurricular practice, the combination of regular publicity and centralized combination of publicity and education of health education model, etc..
