高校毕业生管理工作探究

摘　　要：大学毕业生是一个特殊的群体,由于面临求学及就业的双重任务,在学习、生活、心理上容易出现较大的波动,需引起高校的高度关注。高校在毕业生管理中要遵循毕业生自我管理为主的教育理念,做好毕业生心理咨询与疏导,提高学校管理与服务水平,探索切实可行的毕业班管理办法。College graduates are a special group who needs greatly concerning because they are apt to larger fluctuation in terms of study, life, psychology for the fact that they are faced with the double tasks of study and employment. College graduate management should follow the educational concept of graduates＇ self management, should make psychological counseling and guidance, should improve the level of college management and service, and should explore practical and feasible approaches for graduate management.
