摘　　要：随着时代和城市化进程的发展,工程造价专业人才也被建筑企业所看重,工程造价不仅拥有发展的机遇,而且也要接受更大的考验,为了培养出更多的可以满足现代建筑发展的人才,必须使用新型教学方法。案例教学是工程造价课程中重要的教学方法,让学生不仅理论知识丰富,更有自己动手解决实际问题的能力。As the development of the era and urbanization process, construction enterprises value talents of project cost, which brings great developmental opportunities and challenges to the project cost. In this regard, new teaching methods should be adopted in order to cultivate more talents for meeting the requirements of modem architecture development. The case teaching method is an important teaching method in project cost courses because it can not only enrich students＇ theoretical knowledge but also improve their ability to solve practical problems on their own.
