摘 要:采用二次生长法,通过在α-Al_2O_3载体管表面热浸渍涂晶,在摩尔比为n(SiO_2):n(Al_2O_3):n(Na_2O):n(K_2O):n(H_2O)=54.0:1.0:15.5:5.3:863.2的清液体系中制备了T型分子筛膜。通过X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对合成膜的结构和形貌进行了表征,研究了大小晶种匹配方式﹑晶种浓度、晶化时间和晶化温度对T型分子筛膜性能的影响。结果表明:第1次预涂浓度为10 g/L大晶种,第2次预涂浓度为5 g/L小晶种,合成温度为155℃,合成时间为6 h时,在清液体系中可成功制备T型沸石膜;将合成得到的T型分子筛膜用于70℃渗透汽化分离90%异丙醇-水体系,其渗透通量和分离因数分别可达到1.40 kg/(m^2·h)和2 318。T-type zeolite membranes were synthesized on α-Al2O3 tubular support via secondary growth from clear solution with a molar ratio of n(SiO2):n(Al2O3):n(Na2O):n(K2O):n(H2O)=54:1:15.5:5.3:863.2. The crystal structure and morphologies of T-type zeolite membranes were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The effects of seed matching method, seed concentration, crystallization time and temperature on the pervaporation properties of T-type zeolite membranes were investigated. The results show that T-type zeolite membrane synthesized under the optimized conditions (i.e., the precoated seeds method of the first time of 10 g/L large seed and second time of 5 g/L small seeds, crystallization temperature of 155 ℃ and crystallization time of 6 h) has a water flux of 1.40 kg/(m^2·h) and a separation factor of 2 318 for dehydration of 90%IPA aqueous solution by pervaporation at 70 ℃.
