摘 要:用回流工艺制备的氧化锆干凝胶粉作为原料,采用非水解溶胶-凝胶工艺结合熔盐法制备氧化锆晶须。借助热重-差热分析、X射线衍射仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜等研究了氧化锆干凝胶粉在NaVO_3熔盐体系中的物相转变过程,探讨了反应前驱体种类、热处理温度及时间等工艺参数对制备氧化锆晶须的影响。结果表明:反应前驱体的活性、热处理温度及时间均对氧化锆晶须的形成有较大影响;以回流工艺下获得的干凝胶粉为反应前驱体,优选热处理温度为900℃、热处理时间为5 h,能够制得平均直径为110 nm,平均长径比大于18且沿[010]方向生长的单斜氧化锆晶须。Zirconia whiskers were prepared by a non-hydrolytic sol-gel process and a molten salt method with zirconia xerogel powder prepared by a reflux process as a raw material. The process of phase transformation of zirconia xerogel powder in NaVO3 molten salt system was investigated. The influences of reaction precursor species, heat treatment temperature and time on the preparation of zirconia whiskers were also analyzed by thermogravimetry–differential thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy, respectively. The results show that the activities of reaction precursor, heat treatment temperature and time all have influences on the formation of zirconia whiskers. When the dry gel prepared by the reflux process is used, and the heat treatment temperature and time are 900 ℃ and 5 h, respectively, and zirconia whiskers elongated along the [010] direction with the average diameter of 110 nm and the aspect ratio of 18 can be synthesized.
