摘 要:针对显示器生产测试过程中需要对各种OSD(On Screen Display,OSD)菜单选项进行复杂繁琐的光学测试,而现有测试系统自动化程度和适用性较低的问题,设计了一种基于OSD交互的液晶显示器光学测试系统。首先,设计USB-to-IIC通信电路连接PC与显示器数据总线,并建立DDC/CI通信协议,根据工厂测试例需求由系统发送指令控制OSD菜单,模拟人机交互,然后通过USB通信自动采集光学数据、建立闪烁感知模型,从而进行光色分析和闪烁检测,验证显示器的潜在异常。系统可根据OSD控制指令灵活编制测试例,实际测试结果表明,该系统具备较高的自动化程度,有效缓解了生产测试压力。Aim at the problem during the production of LCD test that complicated and tedious optical tests are needed for different OSD ( On Screen Display, OSD) menu options, andthe existing test system doesn' t satisfy the need for it' s low degree of automa- tion and applicability, an LCD optical test system base on OSD interaction is designed. At first, design an USB-to-IIC circuit to connect PC and the LCD data bus, then establish a DDC/CI communication protocol. According to requirements of the factory test cases, instructions are sent from the system to control OSD menu and simulate the process of human-machine interaction. Then col- lect optical data automatically through the USB communication and build a flicker perception model to do color analysis and flicker detection, so that can verify the potential anomalies in the monitor. The system can compile tset cases flexible according to the OSD control commands. The practical test result indicates that the system is of high automation degree, and makes a great reliefto the pressure from production test.
