摘 要:开滦有限公司林南仓煤矿主要开采的11煤层和12煤层,自然发火危险程度较高。近年来,林南仓矿频繁出现CO气体超标现象,为了探究林南仓矿多个工作面CO的产生机理,根据林南仓矿区实际情况,选择林南仓煤矿11煤层与12煤层作为代表性的煤层开展低温氧化释放CO的规律研究,在实验室对林南仓煤样进行元素分析、工业分析、程序升温氧化、红外光谱等实验,通过对煤的自燃倾向性与煤化程度、煤自热过程含氧官能团及升温氧化气体的实验及分析,揭示了林南仓矿易于氧化的缘由,对指导矿井自然发火防治奠定了实验与理论基础。The llth and 12th coal seams, which were mined mainly in Linnancang Coal Mine ot Ka,Luan Limited Company, exists a higher level in spontaneous combustion.In the past few years, the phenomenon of the carbon oxide excessed the standard took place frequently in Linnancang Coal Mine. Therefore, ac- cording to the situation in Linnancang Coal Mine, the llth and 12th coal seams of Linnancang Coal Mine were selected as the typical coal samples to research the mechanism in the coal seams of Linnancang, a se- ries of experiments such aselemental analysis, proximate analysis, temperature programming oxidation and infrared spectrum were carried out. On the basis of coal spontaneous combustion tendency, coal with differ- ent ranks, experimental and analysis of oxygen-containing functional groups, heating and oxidation gas in coal spontaneous combustion process, those experiments reveals the reason why mine of Linnancang is easy to be oxidized and lays the foundation of experiment and theory for guiding mine spontaneous combus- tion prevention.
