摘  要:为满足发展企业需要,针对污水水质复杂,处理系统收集装置老化、处理工艺落后、设备陈旧无法,实现达标排放等问题,对原某工业园污水处理站进行改扩建,部分池体增加必备辅助设备,部分池体进行功能改造,并新增部分池体。6个月的调试运行结果表明,改造后工艺系统自动化程度高,运行稳定性好,具有很好的抗冲击负荷能力,处理能力达到2 000 m3/d,出水水质符合《盐城市化工集中污水处理厂接管标准(试行)》。In order to satisfy the development of enterprise, and against the problems of complex wastewater quality, processing system collection device aging, backward treatment technologies and outdated equipment which make the effluent cannot meet the emission standard, the original wastewater treatment station was reconstructed in an industrial park. Necessary auxiliary equipment was added and the function was transformed in some tanks, and some tanks were newly increased. Aider 6 month commissioning and operation, the results showed that, the process system was high degree of automation, operational stability and good shock resistance capacity after reconstruction. Meanwhile, the processing capacity reached 2 000 m3/d, and the water quality met the takeover standard of chemical engineering centralized wastewater treatment plant in Yancheng (Tentative).
