医院中心审方辅助系统及审方药师对医嘱监测的结果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨医院中心审方辅助系统及审方药师对某院病区医嘱的监测情况。方法:收集某院2015年11月-2016年3月医院中心审方辅助系统以及审方药师对医嘱审核的监测数据,并对监测结果进行统计、分析。结果:某院2015年11月-2016年3月医院中心审方辅助系统共监测医嘱932 086份,用药提示共242 354份,占26.0%。其中药师审核医嘱通过140 258份,返回医师修改的医嘱共501份,自动拦截医嘱594份。结论:医院中心审方辅助系统和审方药师相结合的审方模式,可显著提高住院医嘱的规范性及合理用药水平,提升为患者服务的质量。ORJECTIVE To discuss the monitoring results of medical orders via hospital audit auxiliary system by audit Pharmacists in our hospital. METHODS Monitoring data of medical orders were collected from November 1st 2015 to March 31st 2016 in our hospital via hospital audit auxiliary system by audit pharmacists, and analyzed statistically. RESULTS Hospi- tal audit auxiliary system was usecl to monitor 932 086 medical orders from November l st 2015 to March 31 st 2016 in our hos- pital. The number of warnings was 242 354 （26. 0%）, 140 258 of medical orders were passed by pharmacists, 501 of them were returned for modifications, 594 of them were automatically blocked. CONCLUSION Hospital audit auxiliary system can significantly improve normalization and the level of rational administration of inpatient medical orders in our hospital. It also can improve the overall quality of service for patients.
