摘 要:目的:了解安徽省2013年以来统一麻醉药品和精神药品管理标准并全面实施后省、市、县三级医疗机构麻醉药品和精神药品管理情况。方法:安徽省卫计委委托省医疗机构药事管理质控中心制定相关的麻醉药品和精神药品管理规定及其检查标准,由省卫计委下文通知,并委托省医疗机构药事管理质控中心组织专家进行专项督查。结果:省直和市直医院麻醉药品和精神药品管理较规范,管理水平相差无几,而县级医院相对薄弱。结论:各地市级卫计委应成立相应的医疗机构药事管理质控中心,负责当地各级医疗机构麻醉药品和精神药品管理,上下联动,逐步提高全省医疗机构麻醉药品和精神药品整体管理水平。OBJECTIVE To learn about the management of anesthetic and psychoactive drugs in provincial, municipal and county level medical institutions since irnmplementation of Unified Anesthetic and Psychoactive Drugs Management Standards in 2013. METItODS The Provincial Planning Commission commissioned medical quality control center of provincial pharmacy ad- ministration to formulate anesthetic and psychoactive drugs management regulations and inspection standard, provincial plan- ning commission published the notice, and commissioned the provincial medical quality control center of pharmacy administra- tion to organize experts for special inspection. RESULTS The management of anesthetic and psychoactive drugs in provincial and municipal hospitals were normative, but relatively weak in county level institutions. CONCLUSION Planning commissions in different cities should set up the corresponding medical pharmacy management quatity control centers to take charge of anes- thetic and psychoactive drug administration, and gradually improve the overall management level of anesthetic and psychoactive drugs.
