摘 要:自2013年习近平主席提出"丝绸之路经济带"建设倡议以来,得到了欧亚大陆沿线国家的广泛关注和积极响应。中亚地区作为"丝绸之路经济带"建设的关键节点,也在各种平台上表现出了对"丝绸之路经济带"建设的大力支持,希望通过共建"丝绸之路经济带",打造彼此合作的利益与命运共同体,从而带动本国经济、社会发展。受不同地缘政治、经济发展进程、文化、宗教等因素的影响,使"丝绸之路经济带"建设受到了诸多挑战,因此须客观分析中亚地区内大国博弈、政权交接、非传统安全等领域存在的风险,加强沟通、强化互信、注重协作,才能真正实现互惠互利,共同推动"丝绸之路经济带"建设顺利推进,从而造福丝路沿线国家人民。Since State president Xi Jin-ping put "the Road and Belt Initiative" in 2013, it has received extensive concern and positive response from countries along the Road. Central Asia as a pivotal point of the eontsrnction on the Silk-Road economic belt also shows vigrous support for its construction and hopes that build a community of interest and destiny on mutual cooperation through construction on the Beli so as to motivate their own economic and social development. Promoting market-road economic belt is also confronted with severen challenge and affected by different geo-political, economic development, cultural and religious factors etc. Bringing uncertain risk to its construction, so we need to make an objective analysis of power game, political power transfer and non-traditional security risk. Only by solving risk, communicating closely and intensifying mutual trust and coordination, can we reach mutual benefit and push ahead the construction on its construction so as to benefit the nations along the Road.
