基于SNA的山西省基层医疗卫生机构服务提供能力研究

摘　　要：目的:了解山西省基层医疗卫生机构社会网络属性特征及服务提供能力的影响因素。方法:以山西省基层医疗卫生机构为单位,调查其工作人员,了解机构社会网络属性特征,采用UCINET软件,对网络结构进行可视化分析,采用卡方检验对服务提供能力影响因素进行筛选。结果:公立医院与基层医疗卫生机构在技术指导、双向转诊方面联系密切;地域差异、机构等级、是否加入医联体、平均每月接受公立医院技术指导次数和双向转诊次数的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应制定定点帮扶统一规划,加强公立医院对基层医疗卫生机构的技术、人才支持,提升基层医疗卫生机构服务提供能力。Objective To study the characteristics of social network attributes of grass - roots medical institutions in Shanxi Province and factors to influence their ability to medical service. Methods The staffs of grass - roots medical institutions in Shanxi Province were sampled and surveyed. Data was analyzed with UCINET software and chi square test. Results There had close relationship among public hospitals and grass -roots medical institutions in technical guidance and two -way referral. There had significant differences in regional difference, institutional level, member of medical treatment combination, number of technical guidance and two- way referral（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen the technical and talents support on grass- roots medical institutions and improve their ability to medical services.
