摘  要:静态电压安全评估对于保障正常输电、负荷稳定运行具有重要意义。随着全国互联电网的发展,电力系统变得规模庞大且结构复杂,针对全网故障的裕度评估工作往往十分繁重。在综合考虑效率和准确性的基础上,提出了一种静态电压安全评估方法。该方法以电压水平为约束条件,定义了电压安全裕度,利用基于二分法搜索算法的故障筛选得到严重故障集以减少计算成本,然后采用动态潮流模型和算法计算各故障限制下的有功功率裕度指标,再对其中裕度较低的故障进行更为详细的时域仿真分析验证。基于南方电网开展了计算分析,结合时域仿真结果,探讨了相关动态潮流模型的影响。结果表明,所提出方法既避免了大量仿真计算,又给出了严重故障详细信息,可有效应用于实际电网安全运行分析。Static voltage security assessment is of great significance to ensure stable transmission of electric power and steady operation of load. Power system scale trends to expand due to development of nationwide interconnected grid, and security analysis of entire network becomes time-consuming. On basis of synthesizing efficiency and accuracy, a static voltage security assessment method is proposed. This method defines voltage security margin regarding voltage level as confined condition. In order to reduce computation cost, a contingency screening algorithm based on binary search algorithm is proposed to obtain a set of severe contingencies. Static evaluation based on dynamic power flow models is applied to calculate the security margin under severe contingencies. The contingencies with lower margin are chosen for further time-domain simulation analysis. A test for China Southern Grid, along with time-domain simulation, demonstrates that the proposed method avoids massive simulations of all contingencies and provides detail information of severe ones, effective for security analysis of practical power grids.
