摘  要:以丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(ABS/PMMA)共混物为研究对象,以注塑成型加工工艺条件为主要研究内容,考察了工艺条件的改变对共混物力学性能和微观结构的影响,并确定了适宜的加工工艺条件。研究结果表明:注射温度对ABS/PMMA共混物的弯曲强度有较大的影响,而对冲击性能和拉伸性能的影响不明显;注射压力对共混物的冲击性能有所影响,而对其拉伸性能的影响不明显。Taking acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer/poly(methyl methacrylate)(ABS/PMMA) blends as the research object, and the injection process conditions as the main research content, the influences of the process conditions on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the blends were investigated. Then the suitable processing conditions were determined. The results show that the flexural strength of ABS/PMMA blends is affected obviously by the injection temperature, but the impact and tensile properties of the blends are almost unaffected. Moreover, the impact strength of the blends is influenced by the injection pressure, but changes of the tensile properties are not obvious.
