摘　　要：根据多个已建建筑小区海绵化改造的设计经验,分析了大、小不同尺度海绵系统方案设计的异同,并以北京市紫荆雅园小区为例,提出了已建建筑小区海绵化改造系统的设计方法和途径。Based on the experiences accumulated in the design of sponge retrofits of many buildings, this paper discussed the similarities and differences between the design of the sponge system at different scales. The Zijingyayuan in Tongzhou, Beijing was taken as an example to demonstrate design methods and approaches in sponge system retrofit.
