摘  要:目的建立同时检测水中28种挥发性有机物的吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱方法,并研究水样保存时间对测定结果的影响。方法经吹扫捕集对水中28种挥发性有机物进行富集,气相色谱分离后,采用选择离子模式质谱检测。结果 28种挥发性有机物,在1.00μg/L^100μg/L范围内线性关系良好,方法检出限范围0.0429μg/L^0.333μg/L,加标回收率范围95.2%~114%,方法精密度范围1.38%~6.39%。结论本方法操作简便、快速、选择性好,准确度高,可用于水中28种挥发性有机物的同时测定。Objective To establish a method for determination of 28 volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by purge and trap coupled with GC - MS and to study the effect of water storage time on the determination results. Methods The VOCs were enriched with purge - trapping, and then were separated and detected by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. Results The method had a good linearity in the range of 1.00 - 100 μg/L. The detection limits of the method were 0. 0429 μg/L - 0. 333 μg/L,and the recovery rates were 95.2% - 114% ,with the RSDs of 1.38% - 6.39%. Conclusion The proposed method was selective, sensitive, convenient and efficient, and it is suitable for the detection of 28 VOCs in water.
