摘  要:目的调查2015年荆门市各公共场所卫生状况,为制定相应预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法依据《公共场所卫生检验方法》(GB/T18204),对全市公共场所进行经常性卫生监督。分别调查全市的各种公共场所的用品用具、公共场所的空气以及公共游泳池水,检测对应的卫生指标,计算样品合格率和卫生指标合格率,分析对比各公共场所的卫生状况。结果公共场所用品用具样本总合格率为86.01%。公共场所空气总体合格率为88.04%,其中温度、湿度、噪声、照度、PM10合格率较低,均低于77%。游泳池水样合格率较低,仅为29.41%。结论荆门市公共场所用品用具的菌落总数,空气中的温度、湿度、噪声、照度、PM10、游泳池水游离性余氯合格率皆偏低。相关部门要加强对上述物品和卫生指标的监管、检测力度。Objective To investigate health status of public places in Jingmen city in 2015, and to propose the scientific basis for making proper preventive and controlling measures. Methods Based on " Examination methods for public places" ( GB/ T18204) ,the regular health supervision was processed to evaluate the health status across the city. After separately acquiring samples of supplies and appliances,air,swimming pool water in public places, the relative health indicators could be detected item by item. The eligible rate of samples and health indicators could also be calculated, after that, the health situation in public places was analyzed and compared objectively. Results The eligible rate of supplies and appliances was 86.01%. The total eligible rate of air in public places was 88.04% , and the eligible rates of temperature, humidity, noise, illuminance, PM10 were less than 77%. The eligible rate of swimming pool water was low, which was only 29.41%. Conclusion In public places of Jingmen City, the eligible rate of the aerobic bacterial count in supplies and appliances, temperature, humidity, noise, illuminance,PM10 in the air; and free residual chlorine in swimming pool water are at low levels. Therefore, relevant departments should strengthen the supervision and inspection in public places.
