摘  要:特色小镇作为我国供给侧结构性改革的一种新型城镇化发展模式,在经济新常态背景下,对提升我国经济发展水平、城镇化发展水平及协调大中小城市发展和促进我国城乡一体化发展具有重要作用。通过运用空间交易费用和产权配置相关理论,构建特色小镇多元协同空间组织模式;以杭州市"互联网+"特色小镇为例,应用多元协同空间组织模式来分析特色小镇,得出特色小镇在降低空间交易费用等方面较传统的城镇化发展模式有着显著的效果,提高了资源配置效率。特色小镇这种发展模式为我国城乡一体化的发展迈出了重要的一步。同时,为城镇化的研究提供了重要的理论支撑及一个新的研究视角。The Characteristic Town is a new type of the urbanization model in the structural reforms of the supply side in China. It plays an important role in promoting the economic development level, urbanization, coordinating the development level of various cities and urban-rural integration under the new economy background now. This paper takes space transaction cost theory and the property rights allocation theory as tools to build the characteristic town multiple cooperative spatial organization theory. Taking the " Internet + " characteristic town in Hangzhou for instance, we can know that the characteristic town has significant effect on cutting the space transaction cost compared to those traditional urbanization models by applying the multiple cooperative spatial organization theory. In other words, the characteristic town improves the resource allocation efficiency. This kind of model takes a further step forward in the urban-rural integration of our country. And at the same time, it provides a new research perspective for the urbanization.
