自拟清热肝煎结合心理疗法治疗儿童多动症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟清热肝煎结合心理疗法治疗儿童多动症的临床疗效。方法:将2015年12月—2016年12月在医院儿科治疗的120例儿童多动症患者随机分为两组,所有患者均辨证为心肾不交、肝阳化风证,对照组采用自拟清热肝煎治疗,观察组采用自拟清热肝煎结合心理疗法治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医症候改善情况、心理症状改善情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率为95%,显著高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后躁动不安、手足多动、注意力不集中、烦躁易怒、心烦多梦、潮热盗汗等中医症候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后品行问题、学习问题、心身问题、冲动-多动、焦虑、多动指数等PSQ评分明显较对照组改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟清热肝煎结合心理疗法治疗儿童多动症效果显著,切中病因病机,改善症状效果明显,具有积极的临床意义。Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of self - made Qingre Ganjian Decoction combined with psychotherapy in the treatment of ADHD in children. Methods： A total of 120 patients with ADHD who were treated by pediatric department from December 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were disharmony between heart and kidney and liver Yang transforming into wind sydnrome. The control gornp used self - mad- eQingre Ganjian Decoction. The patients in the observation group were treated with self - made Qingre Ganjian Decoction combined with psychological therapy. The clinical curative effect, the improvement of TCM symptoms and the improve- ment of psychological symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results ： The effective rate of the treatment group was 95% , which was significantly higher than that of the control group （76.67%） and the difference was statistically sig- nificant （P 〈 O. 05）. The observation group＇ s restlessness, hand and foot hyperactivity, inattention, anxiety and irritabil- ity, upset, dreaminess, hot flash and night sweating after treatment were lower thant those of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The behavioral problems, learning problems, psychosomatic problems, impulsive - hyperactivity, anxiety and so on were- in the observation group after treatmentwere significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） and the differ- ence was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Self - made QingreGanjian Decoction combined with psycho- logical therapy is effective in the treatment of children with ADHD, which is effective in improving the symptoms and pathogenesis, and has positive clinical significance.
