摘 要:采用基于压电执行器的焊丝回抽机构,结合以DSP为核心的控制系统,研究额外力对熔滴过渡的影响。通过焊接过程高速摄像,研究不同参数对熔滴过渡的影响。结果表明,采用基于压电执行器的焊丝回抽机构,可以给熔滴增加额外分离力,实现熔滴过渡;回抽时间越长,焊接电流越大,送丝速度越大,越容易实现熔滴过渡;焊接过程几乎没有飞溅;可以在电流较小时实现非短路过渡的熔滴过渡。The piezoelectric actuator based welding stick return mechanism combined with DSP coring control system was adopted to research the effect of extra force on droplet transfer.With high-speed shooting on welding process,the effects of different parameters on droplet transfer were studied.The results indicated that extra separating force was applied to droplet by using of piezoelectric actuator based welding stick return mechanism,and the droplet transfer was realized.The longer the return time,the greater the welding current,the bigger the wire feeding speed,and the easier the realization of droplet transfer.There was almost no spatter during the welding process; droplet transfer was realized with non-short circuiting transfer at low current.
