摘　　要：双针床贾卡经编机全成形技术是针织成形技术发展中的热点技术之一,文章梳理了双针床贾卡经编机及其CAD设计系统的发展历史,指出目前国内外技术成熟的双针床贾卡经编机机型及其配套的CAD设计软件系统。文章以双针床贾卡经编机全成形运动服装的CAD设计流程为例,指出了经编全成形工艺设计软件的特点和设计要求,为进一步研究双针床贾卡经编机全成形技术奠定基础。The paper reviews the development history of double needle bar warp knitting machine and introduces several models of technologically-proven double needle bar warp knitting machines and related CAD systems available on both domestic and overseas markets. It points out the features and design requirements of CAD software for fully-fashioned warp knitting process by taking the CAD design of fully- fashioned sportswear on double needle bar warp knitting machine as an example. The contents of this paper will lay a foundation for the further study of seamless knitting technology of double needle bar warp knitting machine.
