喷水织机浆料的合成及上浆性能研究

摘　　要：文章对采用乳液聚合法制备的苯乙烯改性喷水浆料的性能进行测试,并用红外光谱分析浆料的分子结构;并使用155 dtex/36 f的涤纶长丝进行了上浆试验。试验表明,该喷水织机浆料具有很好的耐水性,对涤纶长丝有明显的集束效果,能够满足涤纶长丝在喷水织机上的织造要求。In this paper, the properties of a styrene modified sizing agent, which is prepared with emulsion polymerization method, are tested and the molecular structure of the sizing agent was analyzed by infi＇ared spectroscopy. A sizing experiment was can＇ied out on polyester filament （155dtex/36f）, The test results show that this sizing agent for water-jet loom has good water proofness and obvious bundling effect on polyester filament, so it can meet the requirements of water-jet weaving of polyester filament.
