摘　　要：本文用SPE-HPLC法测定了植物样品中二甲戊乐灵和异丙甲草胺除草剂的残留量,结果表明,在1.0~10mg/L范围内,二甲戊乐灵检出限0.08 mg/L,在0.2~2 mg/L范围内,异丙甲草胺检出限0.075 mg/L,方法的精密度RSD在0.82%~6.45%之间,回收率在80.0%~95.3%之间。In this paper, SPE-HPLC method was used to determine the residues of pendimethalin and metolachlor herbicides in plant samples. The result shows, the LOQ and LOD of pendimethalin were 0.08 mg/L within the 1.0-10 mg/L range. The LOQ and LOD of metolachlor were 0.075 mg/L within the 0.2~2.0 mg/L range. RSD were 0.82%-6.45%, and the average recovery 80.0%-95.3%.
