摘 要:目的:提取、分离油橄榄叶中的三萜类成分并进行结构鉴定,为油橄榄叶的开发利用提供参考。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱等方法对油橄榄叶乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位进行洗脱、柱层析、重结晶,并通过核磁共振等技术对分离出的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从油橄榄叶乙酸乙酯部位分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为β-香树素、高根二醇、2α,3β-二羟基乌苏烷-12-烯-28-酸(化合物3)、齐墩果酸、Camaldulenic acid(化合物5)、3α-山楂酸。其中,化合物3和化合物5首次从油橄榄叶中分离得到。结论:本研究为油橄榄叶的进一步开发和合理应用提供了试验基础。OBJECTIVE:To extract,isolate the triterpenes from the leaves of Olea europaea,then conduct structural identification,and provide reference for development and application of the leaves of O. europaea. METHODS:Silica gel column and other methods were used for elution,column chromatography and recrystallization of the ethyl acetate part of ethanol extracts from the leaves of Olea europaea. The structures of separated compounds were identified by nuclear magnetic resonance. RESULTS:6 compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate part of the leaves of O. europaea,identified as β-amyrin,erythrodiol,2α,3β-dihydroxyl-12-ursen-28-acid(compound 3),oleanolic acid,camaldulenic acid(compound 5),3α-maslinic acid. Compound 3 and compound5 were isolated from the leaves of O. europaea for the first time. CONCLUSIONS:The study has provided test basis for the further development and reasonable application of the leaves of O. europaea.
