摘　　要：对目前我国医生工作负荷的研究现状进行综述,总结了目前我国医生工作负荷的测量、现状、产生的影响,从个人特征、工作特征、社会经济等方面分析了工作负荷的影响因素,并提出了减少医生工作负荷的建议。This paper reviews current researches on workload of physicians in China, and summarizes measurements, present situation and impact of physicians＇ workload, and analyzes the influence factors of the workload from personal characteristics, work characteristics and social economic conditions. It puts forward that the suggestion to reduce physician＇ workload.
