摘　　要：采用文献分析法和实地访谈法,结合实地调研的具体情况,分析了医养融合模式在具体实践中存在的问题,并运用经济学原理,从引导创新入市、制定保障政策、人员培养3个方面讨论有效实现医养融合养老模式的方法。This article takes literature analysis and field interviews, combines with specific circumstance of field research. It analyzes the problem in the practice of combining medical eare and elderly care model. It diseusses the method of realizing effectively combining medical care and ehterly care model from three aspects like introducing innovation in the market, formulating security policy, training staffs by economic theory.
