广东省相同病种中西医服务价格对比分析

摘　　要：[目的]研究广东省相同病种中西医服务价格的差异,为完善中医医疗服务价格定价机制提供参考依据。[方法]根据《广东省定价目录(2015版)》中有关医疗服务价格的规定,选取肱骨干骨折、肩关节脱位、髋关节脱位、高位肛瘘及直肠脱出5个相同病种的中西医服务价格进行对比分析。[结果]肱骨干骨折,西医治疗的费用是中医治疗的7倍;肩关节脱位,西医治疗费用是中医治疗的11.3倍;髋关节脱位,西医治疗费用是中医治疗的10.4倍;高位肛瘘,西医治疗费用是中医治疗的2.5倍;直肠脱出,西医治疗的费用是中医治疗的30倍。[结论]相同病种下中医医疗服务价格远低于西医医疗服务价格,中医医疗服务价格偏低,定价不合理。建议优化中医医疗服务价格,进一步推动中医药事业发展。Objective Research the differences between Chinese and western medical service price of same diseases in Guangdong province, in order to provide some references for perfecting Chinese medical service price system. Methods According to the regulations on medical service price of ＂ Price Catalogs in Guangdong Province （2015 Edition）＂, Selected five same diseases such as humeral shaft fracture, shoulder dislocation, dislocation of hip joint, high - order anal fistula and rectum prolapse to compare the price between Chinese and western medical service price. Resuits For example, humeral shaft fracture, it＇s treatment price of western was 7 times of Chinese. Shoulder dislocation, was 11.3 times of Chi- nese. Dislocation of hip joint, was 10. 4 times of Chinese. High - order anal fistula, was 2, 5 times of Chinese. Rectum prolapse, was 30 times of Chinese. Conclusions Chinese medical service price is far lower than western at same diseases. Chinese medical service price is too low, the pricing is unreseasonable. It suggests that optimize Chinese medical service price, further promote the development of Chinese medicine.
