摘  要:针对3种粉磨设备所制备的5种钢渣粉,从粉体粒度分布均匀性和RO相的粒级分布差异性角度,探索了适合RO相气力分选的钢渣粉磨方式.结果表明:5种钢渣粉粒度分布均符合RRB(Rosin-Rammler-Bennett)方程和分形维数方程;均匀性系数n和分形维数D显示钢渣粉粒度越粗均匀性越好,RO相的密度分离效应就越高;粉磨设备制备钢渣粉均匀性次序为立磨>辊压机>球磨;当钢渣粉在-55μm粒级时,5种钢渣粉中RO相含量随粒度增大而提高,表现出RO相的粒度分离效应,当钢渣粉在+55μm粒级时,RO相含量较低且随粒度增大而降低,大部分RO相与脉石以矿物集合体形式存在;挤压法破碎对RO相选择性解离作用比冲击法强,钢渣粉粗粒级中RO相含量高;根据钢渣粉筛分分选效果,粉磨方式优选次序为辊压机>立磨>球磨.工业化RO相气力分选作业中并存有密度分离效应和粒度分离效应,且前者作用更大.For the purpose of optimizing grinding process for separating the RO phase from steel slag solids by pneumatic separation, five kinds of steel slag powder prepared by three kinds of grinding equipments were examined for the uniformity of size distribution and the difference of RO phase concentration in indi- vidual size fractions. The results show that the particle size distribution of five kinds micron steel slag powder conforms to RRB(Rosin+-Rammler-Bennett) model and the fractal dimension equation; according to uniformity coefficient n and fractal dimension D there is the better uniformity of steel slag powder with coarser powder so that the RO phase density separation effect is better. The superior RO phase density separation effect in samples obtained from three grinding processes can be listed in the order:vertical roller mill, roller press mill, ball mill. For steel slag powder with --55 m size fraction, the content of RO phase increases with particle size increasing which shows the RO phase granularity separation effect; for steel slag powder with +55m size fraction, the content of RO phase decreases depending on particle size increasing, in which a majority of RO phase maintains in mineral aggregate with gangue. In comparison with impact, there are high RO phase content in coarser fraction of steel slag powder processed using crushing by compression, as it has better RO phase preferential liberation of composite mineral particles. According to the efficiency of the RO phase granularity separation effect by sieving, the optimization orderof grinding processes can be ranked as follows:roller press mill, vertical roller mill, ball mill. The pneu matic separation of RO phase from steel slag powder by industrial facilities coexists of density separation effect and granularity separation effect, and the former is larger than the latter.
