摘 要:目的探讨将5W1H法用于制定全肺切除患者围术期健康路径对肺癌手术患者的影响。方法选择入住本院胸外科准备行全肺切除的72例肺癌患者,分为健康教育组和常规护理组,每组36例。常规护理组按照本院肺癌护理常规进行健康教育,健康教育组运用健康教育路径给予健康教育。分别对2组患者术前1 d采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行测评,术后48 h采用Prince-Henry评估法测评疼痛情况,患者出院前1 d发放健康教育满意度调查表测评患者满意程度。结果健康教育组患者的焦虑状况优于常规护理组(P<0.05),术后48h健康教育组Ⅲ级以下疼痛患者人数高于常规护理组(P<0.05),健康教育组患者对健康教育的满意度得分高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论运用5W1H法制定的肺癌全肺切除患者围术期健康教育路径可促进健康教育的实施,减轻患者的焦虑情绪,帮助患者提高术后自我管理技巧,提高患者对健康教育的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of perioperative health care education for lung cancer patients with pneumonectomy by 5W1H. Methods Seventy-two patients underwent pneumoctomy in our department were randomly assigned into experimental group and control group. The patients in control group were received routine health care education, and those in the experimental group received health care education according to 5W1H method. All patients were evaluated by SAS scale one day before surgery, and pain were then assessed by Prince-Henry Assessment after 48 h of operation. Satisfaction for health care education was assessed by health education investigation before discharge. Results Anxiety status in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P 〈0.05). The number of pain intensity under grade Ⅲ was significantly more than that in the experimental group (P 〈0.05), the patients'satisfaction on health care education was higher than the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Perioperative health education can significantly reduce patients' anxiety and help patients to improve their self-management and satisfaction toward health education.
