摘　　要：互联网、云计算、传感技术等新技术的产生与应用,使得急剧增加的碎片化数据在特定情况下成为财务主数据,信息化、数字化、综合化已然成为企业发展的新方向。论文通过分析大数据与财务分析的关系以及对企业价值的影响,希望能够为以后的研究提供新的角度。The emergence and application of new technologies such as intemet, cloud computing, sensing technology, makes the rapidly increasing fragmented data become financial data under specific circumstances, and informatization, digitalization and integration have become the new direction of enterprise development. This paper analyzes the relationship between big data and financial analysis and its impact on enterprise value, hoping to provide a new perspective for future research.
