摘　　要：目的:确定圆尾鲎中金属元素含量。方法:采用密封压力消解—火焰原子吸收光谱法测定圆尾鲎中的金属元素。结果:金属元素在不同部位的分布不均匀,重金属铜的含量超过食用标准。结论:圆尾鲎是不能食用的。Objective： Determination of the metal element content in Carcinoscorpius rotundicauda. Methods： FAAS was adopted to determine the metal elements content in Carcinoscorpius rotundicauda. Results：The distribution of metal elements in different parts is not uniform,the heavy metal copper exceeds the food standard content. Conclusion：Carcinoscorpius rotundicauda. often considered inedible by humans.
