摘　　要：2016年,中国天然气新增探明地质储量7846亿立方米,较上年下降30%;天然气产量为1370亿立方米,比上年增长1.5%;全年共进口天然气721亿立方米,比上年增长17.43%;天然气表观消费量为2058亿立方米,与上年相比增幅为6.6%;新增天然气长输管道里程约2883千米,省级天然气管道和"最后一公里"支线以及地下储气库建设稳步推进。2016年,西气东输三线东段通气,福建成为天然气门站价格改革试点省份;油气管网设施相关信息首次公开,第三方公平准入向前迈出一步;《天然气管道运输价格管理办法(试行)》发布,如何"管住中间"大局初定;采暖季非居民用气门站价格普涨,石油公司首次大规模运用价格杠杆;与天然气相关的"十三五"规划出台。2017年,天然气消费增速将重新攀升至两位数;《北方地区冬季清洁取暖规划》呼之欲出;季节性矛盾依旧突出,冬季天然气保供成重中之重。In 2016, China＇s new geological reserve of natural gas was 784.6 billion cubic meters, which was down 30 percentover the previous year. Natural gas production was 137 billion cubic meters, a year-on-year growth of 1.5 percent. The annualnatural gas imports were 71.2 billion cubic meters, a year-on-year growth of 17.43 percent. Apparent consumption of natural gas was205.8 billion cubic meters, a year-on-year growth of 6.6 percent. New natural gas pipeline mileage was about 2883 kilometers. Theprovincial natural gas pipeline, the ＂last mile＂ branch pipeline and underground gas storage construction are steadily facilitated. Theeastern sector of the third West-East Gas Pipeline is completed and put into operation. Fujian province became the pilot provincefor the natural gas gate price reform. The related information of oil and gas pipeline network facilities was opened to the publicfor the first time and third-party access took a step forward. ＂Measures for the Administration of Price of Natural Gas PipelineTransportation＂ was published and how to control the pipeline was formed initially. Non-resident gate price was rising generallyin the heating season which caused by price leverage from the oil companies. The 13th Five-Year plan related with natural gas wasintroduced. In 2017, natural gas growth will rise again to double-digit growth. Natural gas heating plan in winter at northern areawill be published. The natural gas supply in winter will be the most important issue under the serious seasonal gas supply-demandconflict.
