摘 要:文章以同德短芒披碱草(Elymus breviaristatus)幼苗为材料,测定了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)在低温、干旱和复合胁迫下活性的变化。结果表明:在干旱胁迫下,同德短芒披碱草幼苗SOD、POD活性都呈上升趋势;SOD在低温胁迫下活性变化不大,比较稳定,而POD在该条件下活性呈上升趋势;在复合胁迫下SOD和CAT活性下降,即胁迫程度最大时两种酶活性达到最低值;在各个胁迫下CAT活性都较对照组低。Elymus breviaristatus as materials, the changes in activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) in the seedlingsof Elymusbreviaristatus were measured under low temperature, drought and compoundstressrespectively.The results showed that the activity of SODand POD in the seedlings of Elymus breviaristatus increased under drought stress, under the low temperature, stress the change in activity of SOD was not significantbut the activity of POD increased. The activities of SOD and CAT decreased under the compoundstress, and reached the minimum value when the compoundstress was maximum. The activities of CAT under different stresses were lower than that under the CK.
