摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定金嗓利咽胶囊(厚朴、茯苓、枳实等)中和厚朴酚、厚朴酚、去氢土莫酸、土莫酸、猪苓酸C、3-表去氢土莫酸、去氢茯苓酸、茯苓酸的含有量。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5.0μm);以乙腈-0.05%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱;体积流量0.9 m L/min;检测波长294、241、210 nm;柱温35℃。结果 8种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999 0),平均加样回收率均大于96.0%,RSD均小于2.0%。结论该方法快速简便,重复性好,可用于金嗓利咽胶囊的质量控制。AIM To develop an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of honokiol, magnol- ol, dehydrotumulosic acid, tumulosic acid, polyporenic acid C, 3-epidehydrotumulosic acid, dehydropachymicacid and pachymic acid in Jinsang Liyan Capsules （Magnoliae officinalis Cortex, Poria, Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, etc. ）. METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was carried out on a 35 ℃ thermostatic Kromasil C18 column （4.6mm×250mm,5.0μm） , with the mobile phase comprising of aeetonitrile- 0. 05% phosphoric acid flowing at 0. 9 mL/min in a gradient elution manner, and the detection wavelengths were set at 294, 241 and 210 nm. RESULTS Eight constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges （r 〉 0. 999 0） , whose average reeoveries were more than 96.0% with the RSDs of less than 2. 0% . CONCLU- SION This simple and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Jinsang Liyan Capsules.
