摘  要:本文阐述一种电梯门机械强度检测装置的硬件和软件设计。该系统采用压力传感器检测施力装置施加在电梯门上的力,用位移传感器检测加力过程中电梯门自身的形变;传感器输出信号送至A/D转换模块,转换结果由CC2530处理后通过ZigBee无线协议发送至上位机(工业平板电脑)进行检测数据存储和处理,并自动生成检测报告。检验人员通过操作工业平板电脑即可实现对电梯门的智能检测和数据处理,免去手工记录数据和处理等传统的工作方式,可提高电梯门的检验检测工作效率。The hardware and software design of an elevator door mechanical strength testing device was introduced in this paper. A pressure sensor was used to measure the force applied on the elevator door,and a displacement sensor was used to detect the deformation of the elevator door itself in the process of applying force.The sensor output signal was sent to the A/D converter. The conversion result was processed by CC2530 and sent to a host computer( industrial tablet computer) through ZigBee Wireless protocol for storage and processing. The test report was automatically generated by the host computer. The inspectors can realize the intelligent detection and data processing of the elevator door by operating the industrial tablet computer,which eliminates the traditional working methods such as manual recording data and processing,and improves the inspection and inspection efficiency of the elevator door.
