男性不育患者精子包被抗体IgG阳性对其精液常规分析的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨广西桂林地区男性不育患者精液中精子包被抗体IgG(MAR IgG)检测结果与其精液的主要参数的关联。方法:选取2015年11月至2016年10月到桂林医学院附属医院生殖医学中心就诊的200例桂林地区的男性不育患者作为研究对象,采用混合凝集反应检测患者精液的MAR IgG,根据MAR IgG检测结果分为MAR IgG阳性组(42例)和MAR IgG阴性对照组(158例),对比两组精液分析结果(精子浓度、前向运动精子活动率、精液液化时间、精液量、pH值、圆形细胞浓度、精子形态学)的差异。结果:两组精液液化时间异常率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001),而精子浓度、前向运动精子活动率、精液量、pH值、圆形细胞浓度、精子形态学等指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:桂林地区MAR IgG阳性患者精液液化不良可能是其介导男性不育的一项重要途径。Objective： To explore the correlation between the results of IgG mixed antiglobulin reaction （IgG MAR） test and the main parameters of semen in male infertility patients from Guilin area, Guangxi. Methods： IgG MAR test was carried out in 200 male subjects from infertile couples. The sperm concentration, sperm motility, semen liquefaction time, semen volume and pH value were detected and compared between 42 IgG-positive patients and 158 IgG-negative patients. Results. The sperm concentration, percentage of spermatozoa progressive motility, semen volume, semen PH value, round cells concentration and sperm morphology in IgG-positive patients were similar to those in IgG-negative patients （P〉0.05）, while semen liquefaction time was significantly different （P〈0. 001）. Conclusion： Abnormal semen liquefaction may lead to infertility in MAR IgG-positive patients from Guilin Area.
