全域旅游视阈下海洋渔业与滨海旅游业互动发展研究

摘　　要：在全域旅游发展理念下,滨海旅游业加深了与其他产业的互动发展关系,推动了区域经济的发展。基于滨海旅游业与海洋渔业在资源投入的空间、功能的复合叠加特征,采用皮尔斯曼相关系数与VAR模型研究了滨海旅游业与海洋渔业之间的经济关系。结果显示:海洋渔业与滨海旅游业的皮尔斯曼相关系数为0.982,具有较强的产业关联性;海洋渔业与滨海旅游业存在长期稳定的均衡关系且现阶段滨海旅游的壮大不会危及海洋渔业的发展,反而海洋渔业对滨海旅游业具有较大影响,但长期来看,滨海旅游业与海洋渔业的相互影响将趋于平稳。最后,从产业转型升级、产业融合与绿色发展等方面提出了相关建议与措施。Under the concept of comprehensive tourism development, coastal tourism has deepened the interaction with other industries and promoted the development of regional economy. Marine fishery and coastal tourism industry have the common development space and resource base,marine resources of which has complex features superimposed on the space and function. The article studies the economic relations between marine fishery and coastal tourism. The result reveals that the correlation coefficient between the marine fishery and the coastal tourism industry is 0. 982, which indicates that the two industries have a strong correlation. Marine fishery and coastal tourism industry have long-term and stable equilibrium relationship. In the short term, the response of the coastal tourism industry caused by the impact of the marine fishery is greater than that of the marine fishery, which is caused by the impact of the coastal tourism industry. In the long run, the response of this kind of impact will tend to be stable. We think that： although the growth of coastal tourism is quite strong, the fluctuations of it will not endanger the development of marine fishery, and on the other hand marine fishery has a large promotion on coastal tourism, meanwhile the fluctuations of marine fishery inevitably affects the growth of coastal tourism. On this basis, this paper put forward suggestions and measures, such as speeding up the transformation and upgrading of industry, industry integration and development of green ecological.
