摘　　要：目的研究自制无创呼吸机面罩头系带用于提高患者依从性的效果。方法选择我院2016年6月~2017年3月使用无创呼吸机的患者40例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组20例。研究组应用自制的无创呼吸机面罩头系带,对照组应用传统的无创呼吸机面罩头系带,比较两组患者的依从率、出院好转率、并发症发生率以及呼吸机使用时间、住院时间。结果研究组的依从率(95.0%)高于对照组(70.0%),出院好转率(90.0%)高于对照组(60.0%),并发症发生率(15.0%)低于对照组(45.0%),呼吸机使用时间[(3.8±0.7)d]及住院时间[(8.3±2.1)d]均短于对照组[(6.1±1.2)、(15.3±4.6)d],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在无创呼吸机使用过程中使用自制的无创呼吸机面罩头系带能够提高患者对呼吸机使用的依从性,加快康复。Objective To study the manufacture homemade mask head strap for noninvasive ventilation on improving patient compliance.Methods 40 patients in our hospital from June 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 20 patients in each group.The study group was given manufacture homemade mask head strap for noninvasive ventilation,while the control group was given traditional noninvasive ventilator mask head strap.The compliance rates,discharge rates,complication rates,ventilator using time and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance rate in the study group （95.0%） was higher than that in the control group （70.0%）,and the discharge rate （90.0%） was higher than that in the control group （60.0%）,while the compliance rate （15.0%） was lower than that in the control group （45.0%）,and the ventilator using time [（3.8±0.7） d] and hospital stay [（8.3±2.1） d] were shorter than those in the control group [（6.1±1.2）,（15.3±4.6） d],and the differences in these indexes were signifi- cant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of manufacture homemade mask head strap for noninvasive ventilation can improve the patient＇s compliance with the use of ventilator, speed up rehabilitation.
