通督活络洗剂熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨通督活络洗剂熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法选取2012年1月~2013年12月我院收治的112例腰椎间盘突出症患者,将患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组、治疗组,每组56例。对照组患者给予常规牵引及手法治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用通督活络洗剂外用治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的症状、体征评分和日常活动评分明显降低,且治疗组治疗后的症状、体征评分和日常活动评分低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组的总有效率为94.64%,对照组为78.57%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通督活络洗剂熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有明显效果。Objective To investigate the effect of Tongdubuoluo lotion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 112 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,and each group had 56 cases.Patients in the controi group were treated with conventional traction and manipulation,while the treatment group was treated with external application of Tongduhuoluo lotion on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the symptoms and signs score and the daily activity score of the two groups were decreased significantly,and the symptoms and signs score and daily activity score of the treatment group after treatment were lower than those of the control group （P〈0.01）.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.64%, and that was 78.57% in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Tongduhuoluo lotion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has a obvious effect.
