摘　　要：目的分析PDCA管理理念在严重创伤患者院内转运中的运用效果。方法选取2014年10月~2016年9月我院收治的106例严重创伤患者,按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组各53例。对照组按常规方式进行院内转运,观察组采用PDCA管理理念进行院内转运。对比两组转运过程中不良事件发生率、患者救治成功率及转运过程中各个环节所用时间。结果观察组不良事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者救治成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组急诊室停留时间、特殊检查时间、到达科室时间均明显较对照组短(P<0.01)。结论PDCA管理理念能有效的缩短严重创伤患者院内转运的时间,并降低不良事件的发生率,从而提高患者的救治效果。Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA in intrahospital transport of patients with severe trauma. Methods A total of 106 patients with severe trauma admitted between from October 2014 to September 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group based on random number table.Each group had 53 patients. The control group was transported in hospital by using conventional methods,while the observation group was transported in hospital by following the PDCA management concept.The incidence of adverse event, the success rate of salvation, and the time that each link of transport consumed were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of ad- verse event in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）;the success rate of salvation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）;and the length of stay in emergency room, the duration of special examination,and the time of arriving at departments in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion PDCA can effectively reduce the time required for intrahospital transport of patients with severe trauma,lower the incidence of adverse event, and improve the remedy results of patients.
