中西医结合护理措施在恶性肿瘤化疗后呕吐中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间实施后中西医结合护理干预对改善患者呕吐症状的效果。方法随机选择2014年1月~2016年1月在我院接收治疗的恶性肿瘤患者200例。所有患者均接受化疗且出现呕吐症状,通过对患者数字编号和随机分组,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例,其中对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者则在此基础上实施中西医结合护理干预措施,比较两组患者临床疗效及护理满意度。结果观察组患者治疗有效率(95.0%)及护理满意度(96.0%)均高于对照组(84.0%,82.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间实施后中西医结合护理干预能够明显改善患者的呕吐症状,利于提高患者生活质量,提高患者满意度,拉近护患关系,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application of nursing measures of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in vomiting of patients with malignant tumor after chemotherapy.Methods 200 patients with malignant tumor and received chemotherapy and vomiting symptoms in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group with digital and random grouping,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional Chinese nursing intervention,while the observation group was given nurs- ing measures of integrated traditional and western medicine.The clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction were com- pared between two groups.Results The efficacy rate and nursing satisfaction in the observation group （95.0%,96.0%） were higher than those in the control group （84.0%,82.0%）,and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing measures of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can significantly improve the patient＇s symptoms of vomiting during chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumor, improve the quality of life of patients,improve patient satisfaction,closer relationship between nurses and patients.It has important clinical application value.
