摘 要:目的:探讨心脏康复路径教育应用于冠心病介入治疗患者中的疗效。方法:选择2015年9月-2016年9月本院就诊并初次接受冠心病介入治疗的84例冠心病患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。其中对照组给予常规教育,而观察组患者则是在常规教育基础上根据康复路径给予专业的心脏康复教育护理模式,比较两组患者出院时的康复知识的掌握情况、出院后6个月的自我效能水平、自我管理水平以及对冠心病相关危险因素的控制情况。结果:在接受干预后,观察组患者的康复知识掌握程度、自我效能水平得分、自我管理量表评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在冠心病危险因素的对比中,两组患者的危险因素控制情况均优于干预前,观察组患者吸烟、LDL-C、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)等危险因素的控制情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病行介入治疗患者,可以通过提供心脏康复路径教育来培养患者的康复意识,提高其对康复知识的掌握程度,并通过严格的自我管理控制危险因素,从而改善患者的治疗效果,值得临床推广。Objective: To discuss the effect of the cardiac rehabilitation path education on the rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease interventional therapy.Method: From September 2015 to Septemberi2016, 84 patients with coronary heart disease ( CHD ) admitted to our hospital and undergo interventional therapy for the first time were selected, and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 42 cases in each group.The patients in control group was given conventional education, while the observation group was given the professional cardiac rehabilitation education nursing on the basis of conventional education, the scores of rehabilitation knowledge mastery, self-efficacy level after discharged six months, self management level and the risk factors control of two groups were compared.Result: After accepting intervention, the scores of rehabilitation knowledge mastery, self-efficacy, self management scale of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05) ; in the comparison of risk factors of coronary heart disease, the risk control condition after intervention of two groups both were higher than those before the intervention, the risk factor control condition of smoking, LDL-C, and glycosylated hemoglobin ( HbAlc ) of observation group were higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: The patients with interventional treatment of coronary heart disease can cultivate the awareness of rehabilitation by cardiac rehabilitation path education, which can improve the treatment effect by enhance the rehabilitation control risk factors mastery with strict self-control, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
