摘 要:研究了在机车轮对压装过程中影响压装力检测准确性的因素。根据Navier-Stokes方程推导出流体动力作用对压装力检测准确性的影响;利用MATLAB的PDE工具对压装过程中液压油空间流速进行了动力学仿真,并以此分析了不同因素对压装力检测准确性的动力学影响;根据油缸变形公式及传统摩擦力公式,提出了影响压装力检测准确性的静力学因素,并通过实验验证了该方法的有效性与准确性。结果表明:通过选择合适的压装参数并采用二次曲线拟合压强与压装力关系,可以有效提高压装力检测的准确性。Factors that affect the pressure accuracy of locomotive wheel-set press-fit are studied. The hydrodynamic effects of wheel-set press-fit process are derived according to Navier-Stokes equations. Dynamic simulation of the spatial velocity of hydraulic oil is carried out by using the MATLAB PDE tool and the dynamic effects of different factors on the accuracy of locomotive wheel-set press-fit is analysed by this simulation. The static factors that affect the accuracy of the wheel-set press-fit process are also proposed according to the Lame formula and the traditional friction formula. The validity and accuracy of the method are verified through the experiment. The result shows that it can improve the accuracy of press-fit force by using proper parameter of wheel-set press-fit and quadratic curve to fit the relationship between the pressure and pressing force.
